What does domestic (regular) cleaning include?


Please see the list on the services page Your domestic cleaner will also follow the list of cleaning tasks based on your priorities and the duration you have booked.




Are there contracts involved?


No. However, we would need you to kindly provide us 48-hrs’ notice if you would like to terminate your regular cleaning service.




Regular Cleaning - What about cleaning products and equipment – who provides this?


Your cleaner will use your available cleaning products, materials, and equipment at your home. If you are missing the necessary detergents, kindly provide a note in your booking request and the cleaner will provide these necessary detergents for a small fee. Equipment needs to be supplied by you (for example: hoover, mop and bucket)




Will I have the same cleaner for regular cleaning?


Yes we try to send you the same cleaner for your repeat cleans.




End of Tenancy Cleaning - Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?


The End of Tenancy cleaning team will bring all necessary materials and equipment for the completion of the service.




Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?


Yes please! We ask that you kindly defrost the fridge/freezer about 24 hours before the service begins. If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the tenancy cleaners arrive, they will not be able to properly clean it.




Do you clean outside windows for end-of-tenancy


Unfortunately not, only inside (interior) window cleaning.




When do I get charged?


Once you have entered your card details on the booking form, the booking service will only be charged to your bank account AFTER the cleaning service has been completed. Please note Swipe2clean will put a hold on the charge 24hours in advance
